JA30 type air-jet loom is a high-performance air-jet loom developed by our company independently basing on digestive absorption of advanced weaving machinery technology home and abroad, and in combination with constant improvement requirements to the weaving machines from domestic and foreign users at present. This machine was equipped with ultra strength frameworks and super start motors, beating-up dynamic balance mechanism suitable to high-speed weaving, advanced and stable electrical control system, double back girder mechanism that can keep constant tension of warp yarns and super energy-saving weft insertion system, etc.. Therefore, this machine embodies features such as high grade, humanized design, energy-saving and consumption reduction, easy operation and high weaving efficiency, etc., and it’s the optimal choice for domestic and foreign weaving users.


FEATURES


HIGH STRENGTH FRAMEWORK

Adopt tough both-side box type side frames and solid cross rails to form high-rigid frameworks with mid-supporters to makes loom’s high-speed running more stable and advantageous to achieve wide breadth and low noise of looms.


MID-SUPPORTER OF BEATING-UP SHAFT

Adopt solid shaft with mid-supporters for beating-up shafts, advantageous to improve the rigidity of beating-up mechanism, ensuring accurate and strong loom beating-up while its high-speed running, more beneficial to weave heavy and high weft density fabrics .

SUPER START MOTOR

Adopt advanced super start motor to achieve high-torsion while loom starting which is advantageous to increase the beating-up force of the first weft; at the same time adopt high-capacity electromagnetic braking to realize loom’s accurate positioning and effectively avoid stop marks for improving the quality of fabrics.

LUBRICATION

Adopt oil-bath type lubrication for the main driving positions and centralized lubrication system for general positions for effectively increasing the service life of spare parts, easy operation and labor intensity reduced.

DOUBLE BACK GIRDER MECHANISM

One fixed girder is added behind the induction girder, and this girder can keep the pressure angle of yarn to the induction girder unchanged and the yarn tension from full beam to empty beam constant to ensure the quality of fabrics.

NEW TYPE WEFT INSERTION SYSTEM

The new type manifold integrated electromagnetic valve is of high sensitivity, can keep the pressure stable while high and dense jetting and realize stable weft insertion while super high-speed operation. Optimize front upper beam and air channel structure, shorten the distance from the electromagnetic valve to the sub-nozzle, enhance the jet sensitivity and reduce air consumption.

BEATING-UP MECHANISM

Hanism based on computer aided optimum design can increase the relative dwell time of sley at the back to realize stable weft insertion while high-speed operation, suitable to high-speed loom or wide loom. Optimally-designed 4-link rod beating-up mechanism is of short stroke and small vibration, and can effect strong beating-up while high-speed operation, suitable to high-speed narrow loom.

DOUBLE WEFT FEELER

Adopt double-feeler type not only for short weft, but also for long weft and broken weft; utilize digital control technology and intelligent signal processing to enhance feeling accuracy and reliability.

NEW TYPE ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM

Large-screen color lcd touch screen and human interface are fixed to display some information such as running status, fault analysis, technological parameters, etc. On the screen, convenient for operation; the usb communication interface is fixed to input various setting parameters into other looms. Weaving guidance system can monitor the working status of looms at any time and be used to set the optimum technological parameters according to loom conditions and fabric technology, further improving the stop mark preventing function of looms and increasing the quality of fabrics.
